朱载堉才是“需求层次理论”的鼻祖——且更独特,更显棋高一着

以往学术界都把美国心理学家马斯洛奉为需求层次理论的鼻祖;但最新的研究成果,彻底推翻了这一陈见,认为中国明朝的科学家朱载堉才是需求层次理论的鼻祖,比美国人马斯洛还要早约三百六十多年,且朱载堉对需求层次的认知,要比马斯洛更独特,更显棋高一着。     

心理健康教育视域下的校园文化景观教学——以福建商业高等专科学校为例

在校园文化建设中,景观建设是其基本内容。商专校园文化景观贯穿继承与弘扬"闽商精神"的根本理念,将几大文化板块相融通,构造出丰富多彩的内容。探讨校园文化景观与心理健康教育的关系,结合相关的基础理论,分析校园文化景观对心理健康教育的多重积极作用,使心理健康教育的情境化教学方式落到实处,有益于心理健康教育的良性发展,对深化高校心理健康教育的多样化途径的认识与理解也有借鉴作用。     

以马斯洛需求层次理论指导会计职业道德教育

本文提出基于马斯洛需求层次理论,以＂需求实现＂保障会计职业道德教育实效,结合学生的职业生涯发展,以＂需求愿景＂构建会计职业道德约束,并提出系统重构与实施会计专业人才培养方案,为会计职业道德教育提供了新的思路与实践方向。     

恩格尔定律:理论与检验

恩格尔系数作为衡量居民生活水平的重要指标,其理论基础是恩格尔定律。作为实证性定律,恩格尔定律并没有严格的理论推理,其在我国的应用也受到一些质疑。本文基于效用函数假设和马斯洛层次需求理论,对恩格尔定律进行了理论推导;并利用省际面板数据(1981～2010)对模型进行了检验,结果表明恩格尔定律在我国是成立的。因此,使用恩格尔系数评价和比较我国居民生活水平是可靠的。     

马斯洛需求层次理论在干部培训中的应用

文章从完善参训机制、改革培训内容、创新培训模式、强化培训服务等方面阐述了马斯洛需求层次理论在干部培训工作的应用,从而为提高干部培训工作科学性和实效性提供一定的理论基础和应用研究。     

基于AHP的失地农民保障需求分析

随着失地农民增加,失地农民保障成为日益紧迫的问题。参考前期研究文献,选择养老保障、医疗保障、经济保障、就业保障四个要素作为失地农民保障需求指标,运用德尔菲法并结合层次分析模型,采用定量和定性结合方法对失地农民的保障需求进行分析,发现失地农民最强烈的保障需求是经济保障,各项指标中失地农民更看重的是经济方面的货币补偿、保障金额和经济收入等,提出保障政策要结合马斯洛需求层次理论,设置更合理的保障金额和保障范围,确保失地农民经济来源,保证其可持续发展。

农业产业化作为农业和农村经济发展的一种生产经营形式,已被社会所公认,并取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。旅游农业是一种以农业和农村为载体的新型旅游业。发展旅游农业,是实现农业产业化经营的新思路,是促进农业增效,农民增收,农村发展的有效途径。     

从需要层次论谈增强企业凝聚力

美国人本主义心理学家马斯洛提出的需要层次理论，是提出最早、影响最大的激励理论。文章结合马斯洛的需要层次理论，从满足职工的基本需要方面来探讨如何增强企业凝聚力。     

Exploring the relationship between money attitudes and Maslow's hierarchy of needs

This study explores the relationship between basic human needs and money attitudes in a university‐age cohort utilizing Maslow's theory of hierarchical needs. Results confirmed relationships between needs and money attitudes. Specifically, all of Maslow's needs appear to be strongly related to the money attitudes of evaluation and anxiety. In addition, men's and women's needs are highly correlated with obsession, budget, anxiety and particularly evaluation. Findings support existing literature and point to the importance of understanding money attitudes and level of need satisfaction among individuals and families, particularly from a counselling and educational standpoint. Implications and possible areas for future research are discussed.     

A casino-induced satisfaction of needs: scale development and its relationship with casino customer loyalty

Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this study develops a five-factor casino-induced satisfaction-of-needs scale and examines its relationship with casino customer loyalty using Macau as a study context. The findings show that the respondents’ most visited casinos had only marginally met the respondents’ various inner needs; there is still ample room for Macau casinos to improve the level of their customers’ satisfaction regarding customers’ inner needs. Among the five types of inner needs, self-actualization appears to be one need that requires more attention than the others because it was rated as the need that was the least satisfied but contributed the second most to measuring satisfaction. Additionally, Macau casinos should continue their efforts to improve and maintain a safe and secure casino environment, coupled with providing a variety of quality foods and beverages, for their customers. Lastly, safety and security, self-actualization and physiological needs were found to positively affect casino customer loyalty.
