制约我国对引进技术进行创新的主要因素及对策研究

技术引进是发展中国家迅速提高其工业技术水平的有效途径。近年来我国进行了大规模的技术引进 ,取得了巨大的成绩 ,但引进之后的创新严重不足。文章分析了制约我国对引进技术创新的主要因素及引进技术创新中的问题 ,并提出若干建议。     

我国高校统战工作引进海外高端人才的意义及其问题研究

在第19次全国统战工作会议上，我国明确提出要将出国和归国留学人员纳入到统一战线的工作范畴中，高校作为海外人才归国发展的首选，已经成为了我国统战工作的重要窗口。文中首先分析了海外引智对高校统战工作所具有的意义，如能够推动统战工作人才库的建设，促进中西方文化交流等。紧接着总结了现阶段人才引进工作所出现的诸如政治制度尚未完善，人才引进重学历轻能力，高校统一战线中西方文化价值冲突严重等问题。最后，文中针对这些问题，提出了一些具体的解决对策，包括合理规划人才引进工作，完善人才的考核制度和加强对海外人才的政治引导等，通过这些措施实现海外高端人才对我国高校统战工作的正向促进作用，推动高校民主制度的日臻完善。     

物流学导论课程教学方法探讨

依据当前本科院校的《物流学导论》课程教学现状以及目前存在的问题,分别从理论教学和实践教学两方面进行教学方法的探讨和研究,最后给出了本课程的教学特色,为课程的教学、专业建设和人才培养提供重要的借鉴作用。     

The behavioural intentions of specialty coffee consumers in South Africa

More than 1.6 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide on a daily basis. South Africa is rapidly adapting to worldwide trends with speciality coffee consumption on the rise, with South Africa recently having been recognised as a key player in the speciality coffee industry. Emerging market trends in speciality coffee consumption have resulted in a number of changes in consumption patterns, preferences and consumer behaviour. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavioural intention of speciality coffee consumers in South Africa, using the Theory of Planned Behaviour. The data were gathered from a non‐probability sample of 327 respondents, who were selected through a self‐completion online questionnaire. The results indicate that males consume more speciality coffee than females. The majority of respondents consume speciality coffee more than once a day, and foam cappuccinos are consumed most regularly. The results of the stepwise multiple regression analysis demonstrate the utility of the Theory of Planned Behaviour as a conceptual framework for predicting the behavioural intention of speciality coffee consumers. The findings indicate that attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioural control are important predictors of behavioural intention. Furthermore, perceived behavioural control is the most important factor influencing speciality coffee consumption, and the most influential of the direct measures of the Theory of Planned Behaviour. With the current rise in speciality coffee consumption among South Africans, the Theory of Planned Behaviour framework contributes to understanding those factors which influence regular speciality coffee consumption. It is recommended that marketers and practitioners adapt their offerings to appeal to the specific needs of the growing speciality coffee market in South Africa.     

Applying the Principles of Soccer Training to the Design and Delivery of Classes in Introductory Accounting Courses

Accounting instructors face numerous challenges in structuring and teaching accounting classes. This paper describes the experience of redesigning classes in an introductory accounting course to follow the format of team training sessions in the sport of soccer. The soccer format includes six sections: warm‐up, balance/agility/coordination, skill/technique, simplified small game, game, and cooldown. We explain how the activities in each of these sections can be translated into parts of a class session. While adopting this format requires instructors to invest time in preparation and to be flexible and responsive when facilitating classes, informal results indicate that this class format is rewarding for both instructor and students and that it enhances student performance and experience. We suggest that elements of this class format could be successfully adopted for courses in other business subjects, and in nonbusiness disciplines.

双循环格局下“引进来”与“走出去”能否纠正资本错配?——来自省级层面的经验证据

提高资本配置效率是加快构建双循环新发展格局的重要抓手。在测算分析中国各省份资本错配程度的基础上,通过构建面板数据模型实证检验了"引进来"与"走出去"的资本错配纠正效果。研究结果表明:中国大部分省份的资本错配程度呈下降趋势,但省域之间资本错配程度的非均衡性特征突出,中西部地区的资本错配程度明显高于东部地区;"引进来"与"走出去"有助于提高资本配置效率,起到纠正资本错配的效果;"引进来"与"走出去"战略能够有效地纠正中西部地区的资本错配,提高其资本配置效率,但其在东部省份的作用效果并不明显。在考虑反向因果和异常值的影响后,研究结论依旧稳健。
