入世以来两岸经贸关系发展中的问题及其影响

入世6年来,两岸经贸快速发展,但台湾在祖国大陆贸易和利用外资中的地位不断下降。两岸经贸关系至今仍未实现正常化,这对两岸经济发展均带来不利的影响。     

Modelling the preference for business charter in the cross-strait market

This paper aims at investigating business travelers' choice behavior between business charter (BC) and the business class of commercial airlines in the cross-strait market. This study applies the stated preference method and sets five scenarios with the combination of various levels of fares, waiting time, privacy and expedient clearance services and inflight communication equipment. Data were collected by purposive sampling and interviewing business travelers near the VIP centers, departure lounges, and the baggage claim areas of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. A sample with 420 business travelers from Taipei to Shanghai was collected. Then, the binary logit model was employed to analyze how service attributes influence Taiwanese business travelers' choice behavior between BC and business class. Estimation results indicate that fare is the most important factor. Other factors such as gender, seniority, and the number of business trips during the previous year remain significant on the probabilities of choosing BC. Additionally, five specific features of BC were set as dummy variables in the model. Those are transfer time saving, travel time controlling, client entertainment, customer visits and international conference attendance. All of them have positive effects on the preference for using BC.

十二五期间生产性服务业的开放发展不仅关系到我国产业结构的升级转型,而且关系到我国在知识经济时代新的竞争优势和比较优势的形成。两岸应把握ECFA这一大好机遇与政策框架,积极开展两岸生产性服务业的整合,共图发展。     

Factors affecting hotel human resource demand in Taiwan

This study explores the factors affecting hotel human resource (HR) demand and focusing on the organizational, industrial and macroeconomic factors of the hospitality industry. A prediction model was built with eight independent variables and four dummy variables. Secondary data was collected via a governmental statistic database, and regression analysis was performed using the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method. The results show that the HR demand of international tourist hotels is more likely to be affected by industrial factors and macroeconomic factors, while the HR demand of standard tourist hotels is less complex, and is mainly affected by organizational factors.     

海峡两岸经济发展与经贸合作趋势

祖国大陆具有发展劳动力密集型产业的比较优势,其经济发展会促进周边地区的产业结构向资本与技术密集型转变,提高包括台湾地区在内的整个东亚地区的贸易增长潜力。祖国大陆将成为台湾地区产业转移的首选地。台湾地区经济可能保持较长时期的高速增长,条件之一是推进海峡两岸经贸交流与合作,利用祖国大陆丰富的劳动力资源和巨大的市场。     

台湾产业结构升级与两岸经济合作关系的实证研究

本文通过建立计量模型,运用协整分析以及Granger因果关系检验等方法,对台湾产业结构升级与两岸经济合作关系做出实证研究。研究结果表明:两岸经济合作已经形成一种良性发展的路径依赖。     

两岸货币兑换清算合作:障碍与政策

在两岸货币兑换清算进程的障碍方面表现为两个方面:经济层面和制度层面。两岸共同建设货币兑换清算机制的合作趋势应为"先局部后整体、先试点后推广、先代理行后清算行、先间接后直接",尤其是重点通过试点代理行、再推广清算行。在具体的制度和技术设计上,两岸可在法律对接、信息交换、支持制度与人才交流、利用香港中转货币拆借、放宽清算行设置限制、设备技术提升等方面进行实施。     

海峡两岸制造业企业发展的税收政策分析

大陆制造企业基本税率远高于台湾制造企业;大陆未开征消费税的电器、饮料以及水泥等所涉及的制造行业的台湾投资已占到累计总投资的40%多,表明大陆对台湾特定制造行业的投资吸引发挥了明显作用;大陆给予台商的潜在税收优惠政策要远远多于台湾,而且优惠强度也高于台湾;税收优惠是吸收台商大批投资大陆的重要原因之一。     

两岸高科技产业合作新态势与机制创新研究

2008年以来,两岸高科技产业合作有了突破性的进展,衍生了合作机制创新的诉求。笔者通过对现今两岸高科技产业合作新态势的观察,对两岸高科技产业合作机制的内容、构成与运行方式进行总结,并提出两岸高科技产业可能达成的合作新机制。     

海峡两岸经济合作协议对台湾地区经济之影响

本文就海峡两岸经济合作框架协议(ECFA)对我国台湾地区总体经济与产业经济的影响进行了评估,认为ECFA的签署使台湾地区得以消除贸易壁垒,融入区域经济整合具有正面效益。在产业经济层面,本文分析了ECFA早期收获清单对台湾地区产业的效益,以及海峡两岸新兴产业合作的前景,并运用计量分析方法就海峡两岸经贸合作对台湾地区产业结构的影响进行了实证研究。分析研究的结论认为:ECFA的签署不仅将为台湾地区的产业带来效益,更为海峡两岸产业合作与台湾地区的产业升级带来新的契机。
