独立学院班级导师制运行研究——以三亚学院为例

班级导师制主要由专业教师担任导师对学生进行思想引导、心理疏导以及学习辅导等方面的工作,突出对学生的个性化培养输出和综合素质的提高,是对现行的高校＂辅导员＂制度的有益补充,是新时期高等教育学生教育管理上的改革和探索。本文针对独立学院的学生特点,以三亚学院为例,调查了班导制在实施过程中遇到的问题,探索了班导制健康发展的机制建设。

Study on the Implementation of Class Tutorial System in Independent College——Take Sanya College as an xample

Class tutorial system mainly refers to such aspects of working,in which professional teachers work as mentors for students thinking guidance,psychological counseling and learning assistant and so on,It can highlight the individual training output and improve the overall quality of students.It is a useful complement to the existing system of instructor system at universities,and it is a reform and exploration in student education management of higher education in new time.In this paper,based on the characteristics of independent college students,the author took Sanya College as an example,investigated the problems of the class tutorial system encountered in the implementation and explored the mechanism construction of its healthy development.
