基于旅游者认知的旅游危机信息管理模型探讨

旅游危机主要是针对旅游行业产生的,作为一个新兴的研究领域,蕴含着大量的学科,需要做好各个学科的交叉研究。近年来随着旅游行业的发展,导致旅游危机频出,使旅游危机成为影响旅游目的地可持续发展的主要因素。旅游者是旅游危机管理的主要参与者,对旅游危机的认知情况及自身产生的行动都直接影响政府对旅游危机的管理效能,旅游目的地需要加大对旅游危机的研究力度。     

试论政府公共危机决策的困境与机制创新

危机决策能力是现代政府必备的行政能力。近年来我国公共危机事件频发,暴露了各级政府传统公共危机决策能力的不足与机制的缺陷。我国政府应建立危机的应急决策机制;完善国家危机管理法律体系,建立危机预警系统,开展危机管理素质教育和培训,以提高政府决策者和社会公众防范危机的能力。

基于顾客满意的新疆旅游危机预警机制研究

新疆旅游业危机敏感性特征以及媒体的渲染和政府信息的不透明都给新疆游带来负面信息。基于此,笔者提出构建新疆特色的旅游危机事件预警和防范机制。笔者依据新疆旅游消费者感知价值和新疆旅游管理部门视角下设计旅游危机预警系统,以此解决旅游目的地和旅游客源地矛盾并权衡双方的利益。     

网络治理:旅游危机管理创新途径探究

随着外部环境的日益复杂与多变,旅游危机事件呈现出常态化趋势,加强旅游目的地的危机管理意义重大。以网络治理理论为基础,试图构建全面整合、多元多层、系统协调的旅游危机管理体系,以提高旅游业应对危机的能力。首先阐释旅游危机网络治理的内涵;其次,从组织结构的角度设计旅游危机网络治理的开放式柔性网络组织机构;再次,根据旅游危机的不同阶段重构旅游危机网络治理的三阶段治理流程,提出具体的应对措施;最后,从柔性协调机制和刚性协调机制两方面综合构建旅游危机网络治理的协调机制。     

公共危机管理中政府应对新媒体缺陷与改进探析

近些年来,在公共危机事件发生后,新媒体在信息传播、实时报道和舆论导向方面发挥了越来越重要的作用。政府在公共危机管理中,存在着很多的缺陷。这些缺陷的存在,如不及时处理将会不利于政府部门对于公共危机事件的处理。政府部门应当在总结经验和教训的基础上正视新媒体在现在公共危机管理中的作用,建立舆情发现处理机制,建立新媒体监管体系,同时丰富政府网站内容信息并及时更新,从而为公共危机的管理提出多样化的对策与更加完善的解决方案。
