相互依赖对企业间关系绩效具有显著影响,但已有研究在深入揭示相互依赖对关系绩效作用机理方面仍显不足,文章以权变理论为基础,运用主观数据与客观数据系统研究采购商“服从”的中介效应,以及“协同沟通”的调节作用。实证研究表明,采购商服从在相互依赖总额和关系绩效中起部分中介作用,在相互依赖不对称和关系绩效中起完全中介作用。此外,协同沟通可以有效地增强相互依赖总额对于采购商服从的正向影响,也可以显著地增强相互依赖不对称对于采购商服从的负向影响。研究揭示的机理对于如何建构相互依赖研究有着突出的理论意义,同时对既定渠道结构下的企业如何提高关系绩效有着重要的实践意义。  相似文献

“互联网+”环境对在供应链中发挥着生鲜农产品集散与中转重要功能的供应商带来了挑战和压力,供应商亟待进行“互联网+”转型。针对这一问题,文章首先分析了生鲜农产品供应商在“互联网+”环境下的转型驱动因素以及转型战略和思路。进一步,结合“互联网+”跨界融合思维,以集散和中转功能拓展为基础,分别提出了适合产地供应商、销地供应商和集散型供应商的“互联网+”转型策略。最后针对供应商在“互联网+”转型中可能存在的问题提出了对策和建议。  相似文献

农产品由于存在含水量高、保质期短、运输储存过程中容易变质等特性,使得其质量安全一直被社会所关注,而随着供应链理念的出现和发展,农产品供应链管理受到重视。全面构建农产品供应链安全监管的长效机制,解决我国农产品安全质量问题,成为迫在眉睫的现实问题。针对影响农产品质量安全的主要因素,即农产品生产方式、农产品交易类型、农产品消费者需求,提出建立农合组织,加强内部监管;构建信息平台,及时信息传递;减少中间环节,压缩流通渠道;引进第三方物流,完善供应体系的措施,以确保我国农产品质量安全。  相似文献

文章以2010—2020年重污染行业A股上市公司数据为研究样本,探讨了重污染行业企业社会责任信息披露对企业绩效的影响机制,同时关注内部控制在企业社会责任信息披露对企业绩效影响机制中的中介作用。研究表明:作为重污染行业重要的非财务信息,企业披露高质量社会责任信息对提升企业绩效有显著的正向促进作用;内部控制在企业社会责任信息披露对企业绩效影响中起到部分中介传导作用,企业社会责任信息披露质量越高,内部控制质量越好,对企业绩效促进作用越明显。  相似文献

文章以航空制造业供应链为代表,利用层次回归分析法,探究网络关系嵌入对高端装备制造业供应链协同能力和绩效的影响及其作用机理。研究的结果表明,网络关系嵌入对供应链协同能力各维度均有着显著的正向促进作用。同时,供应链协同能力中同步决策、产品交付及时可靠以及激励联盟均可以显著提升供应链的运作绩效;虽然激励联盟和供应链的运作绩效对供应链的财务绩效有着直接显著的影响,但是同步决策和产品交付及时可靠则需要通过改善供应链运作绩效间接实现对供应链财务绩效的影响。  相似文献

基于供应链视角,本文从供应链主体、供应链协同和供应链环境维度,构建农产品生产加工企业质量安全控制行为理论模型,通过对广东省农产品生产加工企业进行实地调查、采集了159个有效样本,对农产品生产加工企业质量安全控制行为进行描述性统计分析,并运用二元Logistic回归模型分析影响农产品生产加工企业质量安全控制行为的主要因素。实证结果表明农业企业管理制度是显著影响质量安全控制行为的供应链主体因素,农产品供应链纵向合作和农产品供应链信息共享是显著影响质量安全控制行为的供应链协同因素,政府监管和消费需求是显著影响质量安全控制行为的供应链环境因素。  相似文献

通常认为,供应链下游在地理空间上的集聚会促进信息交互和组织学习,强化核心企业的话语权,提升创新绩效。文章认为,在特定条件下,客户地理邻近也可能会拉低企业创新绩效,形成创新“空间锁定”困局。基于2009-2017年中国A股制造业上市公司及其供应链数据,考察客户地理邻近性对企业创新绩效的影响作用,并将客户集中度和客户属地多样性作为情境因素纳入研究框架。研究发现:客户地理邻近性与企业创新绩效呈倒U型关系,在一定阈值范围内客户地理邻近性拉升企业创新绩效,而超过该阈值客户地理邻近性抑制企业创新绩效;客户集中度对客户地理邻近性与企业创新绩效的关系不存在调节效应;客户属地多样性强化了客户地理邻近性与企业创新绩效的倒U型关系。以上结论从供应链视角揭示企业创新规律,对企业创新的内生机制研究形成了有益补充,有助于重新认识企业创新绩效的影响机制。  相似文献

职场妒忌是工作中非常普遍的现象,以往研究主要聚焦在职场妒忌的“阴暗面”,却未能对其积极效应给予足够的关注。基于自我一致性理论,并结合Arnold的行动序列作为整体逻辑,探讨了职场妒忌与工作绩效的内在作用机制。研究结果表明:职场妒忌对工作绩效具有显著的正向影响;内在动机与观察性学习分别在职场妒忌对工作绩效的影响中起部分中介作用;内在动机与观察性学习在职场妒忌与工作绩效之间存在链式的中介作用;职场友谊对“职场妒忌内在动机观察性学习工作绩效”这一链式中介路径起调节作用,即职场友谊越高,职场妒忌对内在动机的正向作用越强,内在动机与观察性学习在职场妒忌与工作绩效之间的链式中介作用越强。  相似文献

数字经济时代,大数据在以客户为中心的组织中发挥越来越重要的作用,但现有研究对大数据资源促进客户服务绩效提升的路径缺乏理论研究与实证分析.本文以资源基础观和动态能力理论为基础,构建"大数据资源—客户信息质量—客户导向能力—客户服务绩效"链式中介模型,并探讨服务流程复杂性在该模型中的调节作用.针对商业银行分支机构员工收集了247份有效问卷进行实证检验,研究结果表明:(1)大数据资源对客户服务绩效存在正向影响;(2)客户信息质量与客户导向能力分别在大数据资源与客户服务绩效之间起部分中介作用;(3)客户信息质量与客户导向能力在大数据资源对客户服务绩效的正向影响中发挥链式中介作用;(4)客户服务流程复杂性通过强化大数据资源对客户信息质量的影响进而对链式中介作用起调节作用.本研究揭示了大数据资源如何创造更高的客户服务绩效,为商业银行的大数据实践提供启示.  相似文献

Using Ghana as the African context for testing the applicability of supply chain management, this study reveals that firms there place less emphasis on logistics and channels management practices relative to product and pricing marketing mix elements. However, this situation is changing in response to the perceived positive impact of the regulatory and technological environment on market-share competitive performance. Those firms that emphasize integration of both logistics and channels management practices exhibited the strongest competitive market-share and financial performance; firms whose practices placed moderate emphasis on both logistics and channels management integration reported moderate levels of market-share and financial performance. These results suggest that firms in Ghana compete along a continuum of supply chain integration primarily on the basis of the increasingly market-oriented business environment.  相似文献

Service quality and service marketing have both been studied extensively in relation to service organizations. In this paper we examine these areas simultaneously in terms of their impact on financial performance in the hospital industry. Drawing from the literature in the quality and service marketing areas, the area of service quality is represented in terms of the constructs of quality context and quality outcomes. Quality context (QC) describes the environment related to quality practices within a hospital which generally encourages and enhances service quality while quality outcomes (QO) comprises of specific clinical and patient satisfaction outcomes of the hospital. The area of marketing is represented in terms of the constructs of marketing orientation and market/product development outcomes. Market orientation (MO) is a well accepted, albeit complex, construct within the marketing literature. Generally, market orientation can be thought of as the process of effectively collecting, disseminating, and responding to information in order to enhance the marketing function within the hospital. Such information generally relates to market trends, customers, and competitors. Market/product development outcomes (MPD) refer to specific outcomes in relation to product innovation and market segmentation that are general indicators of the marketing effectiveness of the hospital. Although the evidence in the literature suggests that both service quality and marketing are independently related to organizational performance, the precise nature of the relationships among the variables described above is not clearly understood.Based on theoretical considerations, we propose a framework linking the above-mentioned constructs to the financial performance (FP) of an organization. Since QC and MO are theorized to be multidimensional constructs we use the technique of structural equations modeling (SEM) to test the model. Data were collected for the study from hospitals in a five-state region in the US. The results show that the constructs related to both service quality and marketing impact on financial performance. However, the results do not support the proposed framework of relationships. Instead, the results support a sequential chain of relationships among the constructs where MO mediates the effect of QC on QO, and MPD mediates the effect of QO on FP. Implications of these results for the hospital industry as well as for future research in the area are offered.  相似文献

Digital transformation provides companies with a productive approach to transforming and upgrading enterprise resources and capabilities and to exploiting external subject forces to unleash and magnify their potential, thus advancing high-quality enterprise development. Therefore, using regression analysis of the data of China's non-financial listed firms from 2007‒2019 obtained by Python, this paper finds that digital transformation has enormously improved enterprise performance. Furthermore, digital transformation has powerfully boosted supply chain integration, which has played a mediation role in the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance. Finally, entrepreneurship plays a positive moderating effect on enterprise performance through supply chain integration during digital transformation. The further heterogeneity analysis finds that digital transformation performs better in large, public, state-owned, mature, and non-manufacturing (service industry) enterprises. However, the positive effect of digital transformation on enterprise performance and supply chain integration is not significant in small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, supply chain integration cannot play a mediating role in the impact of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises upon their performance. This paper probes the realization mechanism and micro-foundation of digital transformation, and its conclusion contributes to high-quality digital transformation.  相似文献

通过引入关系质量这一中介变量,构建了供应链伙伴特性、关系质量对跨企业知识交易影响的概念模型,其中供应链伙伴特性包括文化相容、资源依赖和知识距离等三个方面内容。利用结构方程模型结合256家供应链上下游企业的调查数据对上述概念模型进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,文化相容、资源依赖对关系质量与知识交易有显著的正向影响;知识距离对关系质量有显著的负向影响,对知识交易负向影响不显著;关系质量对知识交易有显著的正向影响;由于关系质量中介效应的存在,知识距离可以间接地影响知识交易,文化相容对知识交易总的影响最大。  相似文献

Although research evaluating the impact of supply chain integration on performance has advanced substantially in the last decade, inconsistency and considerable variability of empirical findings leave unanswered questions for both research and practice. Using a meta‐analysis, we examine empirical studies to clarify the actual relationship, suggest new directions, and ultimately contribute toward the development of supply chain management theory. We focus on “strategic” supply chain integration rather than on functional or operational/tactical studies, which would weaken the practical value of the analysis and findings. To ascertain focus and homogeneity of the sample, we adopt a rigorous search protocol and sample construction. We find that integration–performance relationships are complex and nuanced such that integration should not be universally viewed as improving performance. We identify relationships that are more generalizable and also those that need additional scrutiny. Finally, we discuss the implications of our findings and provide directions for future research.  相似文献

Research has emphasized the importance of matching products' characteristics with their supply chain design (i.e., supply chain fit). Fisher ( 1997 ) introduced the notion of supply chain fit and indicated that before developing a supply chain firms must consider the nature of the demand for their products. I expand on the Fisher ( 1997 ) framework by offering a more comprehensive understanding of when it pays off for firms to deploy resources to achieve supply chain fit. I argue that it is simplistic to assume that perfect supply chain fit will always lead to improved financial performance because the benefits generated by perfect supply chain fit might be offset by the resources deployed to achieve that fit. In order to execute this research I use archival and survey data to evaluate the moderating effects of six dimensions of environmental uncertainty (e.g., munificence, market dynamism, technological dynamism, technical complexity, product diversity, and geographic dispersion) on the relationship between supply chain fit and financial performance.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical insights on the impact of supply chain collaboration on the operational performance of firms and collaborative advantage as an intermediate variable in the context of the supply networks of internationalized firms. The research is based on a case study of a distribution network constituting Russian and international firms. The obtained results indicate that supply chain collaboration improves operational performance of internationalized firms and firms in domestic market. Moreover, the study advocates that collaboration in distribution networks can be considered as driving factor for international firms to enter the emerging markets through supply networks.  相似文献

基于我国310家制造企业的问卷调查分析发现,跨组织协作二维化解构——协作意愿和共同改进行为皆可促进供应链电子化整合能力,在此过程中,需求不确定性正向调节共同改进行为与供应链电子化整合能力之间的关系,但是对协作意愿和供应链电子化整合能力之间的关系没有影响。同时,研究还发现组织内部信息技术可以协同供应链电子化整合能力提升供应链绩效。文章深化了资源基础理论和能力论在供应链上信息技术的应用,重点区分了组织内外部信息技术的不同应用及作用机制,试图将管理者的视野从简单的跨组织信息技术投资转向为企业的供应链电子化整合能力提升上,为供应链管理者提供决策指导。  相似文献
