小微企业在我国经济中处于基础性地位,在经济转型升级背景下对保持经济平稳增长、改善民生等具有积极作用。但小微企业存在着金融资源供给不足的问题,已经制约了小微企业发展和经济增长。我国金融结构以间接融资为主导,因此应建立小微企业政策性融资模式,弥补信贷融资市场失灵;完善推广"信贷工厂"模式,推进国有大银行的小微企业信贷业务;改进关系型融资模式,提高地方性银行对小微企业的服务能力;各类经济主体探索"互联网信贷"模式,创新小微企业信贷融资渠道。以此来完善小微企业信贷融资模式,为小微企业提供多样化信贷资金供给。  相似文献

论文研究了小微企业融资影响因素。实证结果表明,企业收入、资产规模、偿债能力仍是影响小微企业融资能力的关键要素,商业银行目前采用的"交易型"信贷模式和"硬信息"信贷技术并不能有效满足小微企业的融资需求。商业银行应通过加快平台建设、强化机构间合作等方式不断扩大"软信息"来源渠道,从而更有效地为小微企业提供融资服务。  相似文献

近年来,吉林省小微企业发展态势良好,但融资难融资贵仍是制约小微企业发展的主要问题.吉林省政府相关部门同省内各商业银行合作为小微企业提供了多样化的金融服务,提出了多项金融支持民营经济的实施意见,加强对小微企业的帮扶,这些政策措施取得了很好的成效,但仍然存在着诸如信贷融资政策难以落地等问题.导致当前吉林省小微企业信贷融资政策难以落地兑现的因素较为复杂,主要包括政府、银行、媒体和小微企业自身等多层面因素.因此,需要政府、银行、小微企业和媒体共同努力,形成上下联动同向发力的协调支撑机制,落实民营小微企业信贷融资政策,真正助力小微企业的发展.  相似文献

With a graduated personal tax schedule, Miller showed that there could be an equilibrium debt supply for the corporate sector as a whole. In the presence of uncertainty there is also a unique debt/equity ratio for each individual firm, and this ratio is related to the firm's operational risk characteristics. However, if firms merge and spin off in response to tax incentives, the identity of firms is ambiguous and only the corporate sector is a meaningful construct. Does director gender influence CEO empire building? Does it affect the bid premium paid for target firms? Less overconfident female directors less overestimate merger gains. As a result, firms with female directors are less likely to make acquisitions and if they do, pay lower bid premia. Using acquisition bids by S&P 1500 companies during 1997–2009 we find that each additional female director is associated with 7.6% fewer bids, and each additional female director on a bidder board reduces the bid premium paid by 15.4%. Our findings support the notion that female directors help create shareholder value through their influence on acquisition decisions. This research examines the relation between political corruption and mergers and acquisitions (M&As). We find that local corruption increases firm acquisitiveness but decreases firm targetiveness. The levels of corruption in acquirer areas relate positively to the bid premiums and negatively to the likelihood of deal completion. Corruption motivates acquiring firms to use excess cash for payment, which mitigates the negative effect of corruption on acquirer shareholder value. The evidence indicates that acquisitions help acquiring firms convert cash into hard-to-extract assets and relocate assets from the high to low corruption areas, thereby shielding their liquid assets from expropriation by local officials.  相似文献

A number of studies suggest that social trust matters for investment. Using different measures of trust from World Values Survey, we show that countries where people display higher levels of trust engage in more cross-border M&A activities. When they do, these acquirers pay lower premiums. To the extent that these acquirers also tend to engage in larger acquisitions as well, our findings suggest that a larger selection pool of potential targets and higher value targets enable these acquirers to negotiate for lower premiums. We do not find evidence of the significant effect for target country trust levels. Hence, trust may benefit those acquiring firms in cross-border transactions.  相似文献

This research examines the relation between tournament-based incentives, which are proxied by the difference between a firm's CEO pay and the median pay of the senior managers, and mergers and acquisitions (M&As). We find that tournament-based incentives are positively related to firm acquisitiveness and acquiring firms' stock and operating performance. Further analysis indicates that positive acquisition performance increases the likelihood of the CEO being promoted from inside the acquiring firm. Our evidence is consistent with the view that tournament-based incentives motivate acquiring firms' managers to make greater efforts and take more risk that result in superior acquisition performance.  相似文献

Using a large and unique patent‐merger data set over the period 1984 to 2006, we show that companies with large patent portfolios and low R&D expenses are acquirers, while companies with high R&D expenses and slow growth in patent output are targets. Further, technological overlap between firm pairs has a positive effect on transaction incidence, and this effect is reduced for firm pairs that overlap in product markets. We also show that acquirers with prior technological linkage to their target firms produce more patents afterwards. We conclude that synergies obtained from combining innovation capabilities are important drivers of acquisitions.  相似文献
