以层次责任理论和利益相关者理论为依据,构建企业社会责任水平的财务指标体系,综合运用因子分析法和TOP-SIS评价法,测度我国上市公司的企业社会责任水平。从企业社会责任履行排名和得分情况可看出,我国上市公司的企业社会责任水平不高,进一步分析工业行业间企业社会责任水平的差异:采矿业的企业社会责任水平高于全国平均水平及制造业,电力、燃气及水的生产供应业;制造业,电力、燃气及水的生产供应业的企业社会责任水平低于全国平均水平,且制造业略高于电力、燃气及水的生产供应业。

Governing the Palm-Oil Sector through Finance: The Changing Roles of the Indonesian State

By analysing the different roles of the Indonesian state in arranging finance schemes for palm-oil development since 1945, this article aims to answer two questions: What are these roles? And to what extent have they prioritised or balanced economic growth, social equity, and environmental protection? We conclude that the state has never been absent from the palm-oil industry but has had different and changing financing roles that are historically contingent and shaped by the evolving economic and political landscape. Furthermore, these roles reflect Indonesia’s priorities of achieving economic growth through palm-oil development, furthering social equity, and, recently, promoting environmental sustainability.     

A dilemma of Chinese healthcare reform: How to re-define government roles?

This paper discusses the government's roles in the healthcare sector in China. The paper begins with an introduction to the Chinese healthcare sector (supply and demand side) and to the current government's roles. It then reviews the recent transformation of the healthcare sector, with an emphasis on the change in the government's roles and the problems resulting from this transformation. The following is an examination of the latest healthcare reform policies and an exploration of pending government roles. Contrary to the opinion that problems existing in Chinese healthcare are primarily caused by market failure, this paper argues that the historically ambiguous and inappropriate roles of government in the provision of health care should be reexamined. This paper concludes that the most important issue facing the Chinese healthcare sector is finding the optimal balance between market and government.

During the Cold War, Japan played a strategic role by contributing to the global containment against the Soviet Union. After the Cold War, Japan became more active operationally and better prepared legally. However, it did not play significant strategic roles in shaping the post‐Cold War international order. The question now is whether Japan will play strategic roles in the future. Given the changes in the domestic political outlook, political capital necessary for redefining Japanese defense policy seems to be forthcoming. Japan could play strategic roles particularly in ballistic missile defense and U.S.‐Japan defense cooperation.     

Disempowerment of Men in Rural and Urban East Africa: Implications for Male Identity and Sexual Behavior

Patriarchal structures and stereotyped notions of gender hide the increasing disempowerment of many men in rural and urban East Africa. Socioeconomic change has left men with a patriarchal ideology bereft of its legitimizing activities. Unemployment or low incomes prevent men from fulfilling their male roles as head of household and breadwinner. Women's roles and responsibilities have increased. This affects men's social value, identity and self-esteem. Multi-partnered sexual relationships and sexually aggressive behavior seem to strengthen male identity and sense of masculinity. Strategies to improve sexual and reproductive health must take into account how socioeconomic changes have affected traditional gender roles and male sexual behavior.

中国基金评级影响因素的实证研究

本文使用205只基金作为样本,采用2006年度的数据,对中国基金评级的影响因素进行了实证研究。无论是通过因子分析还是回归分析,我们均发现,对基金评级起主要影响的是"经营业绩"、"单位净值"和"单位累计分红"这几个因素,而管理费率、基金份额、机构持有者比例、资产总值等因素起次要的作用。本文的研究结果对基金评级机构和基金投资者都有重要的意义。     

我国旅游服务贸易影响因素的实证研究

2000年以后,我国旅游服务贸易不断发展,但是影响旅游服务贸易的因素也不断变化。实证表明,货物贸易出口、交通投资、汇率和突发事件对旅游服务贸易出口影响比较大,旅游业从业人员和总资产额对出口影响不明显,而在影响旅游服务贸易进口的因素中人均GDP和汇率影响比较突出。
