商业银行影子银行业务发展影响因素研究

本研究基于2009-2021年30家上市商业银行面板数据，利用GMM模型进行实证分析，研究商业银行影子银行业务发展的影响因素。研究发现：第一，利率市场化对商业银行影子银行业务规模扩张具有抑制作用，即随着利率市场化改革进程的推进，将吸引存款回流至商业银行传统存贷款业务规模板块，会遏制商业银行影子银行业务规模的快速扩张；第二，商业银行不良贷款率、资本充足率等内部因素也会影响其影子银行业务规模的发展；第三，不同性质的商业银行，其影子银行业务受影响程度不同。国有银行影子银行业务规模受影响变动程度要小于股份制商业银行和城市商业银行。     

影子银行业务对商业银行发展影响分析

随着我国金融市场体系不断的多样化以及社会对资金的日益需求,中国的影子银行也迅速发展起来并引发各方关注。通过简要介绍商业银行体系中所存在的影子银行业务,并从影子银行业务的构成、特点等几方面简要地概述了影子银行业务发展现状及对商业银行的影响,并在此基础上提出了一些建议。     

政府审计视角下影子银行的审计风险模型重构——基于动态模糊评价

将风险导向审计方法应用到影子银行风险控制上来,非常有利于从新视角理解影子银行的风险特征,有利于揭示处于复杂关联关系中的影子银行业务风险,从而实施有效控制。但目前我国风险导向审计研究还处在一般性理论分析上,在实践中多在内部审计以及民间审计领域。从审计署及其他的政府审计部门的实践与调研来看,针对影子银行业务的风险导向政府审计机制系统研究与应用还比较缺乏。文章以商业银行主导的影子银行业务为研究对象,构建影子银行业务风险分析框架及驱动因素,重建审计风险模型,从风险导向视角设计政府金融审计治理机制,并进行模糊数学分析,以加强影子银行业务的风险控制,防范金融风险。     

估算我国金融机构影子银行业务规模及其影响

本文从后金融危机时代的热点问题一影子银行出发，切合中国经济发展的实际状况，着重分析了影子银行在中国经济中的实质形式一影子银行业务，分析了影子银行业务的内涵及其风险状况。并从量化考量的角度计算了截止2012年12月底影子银行业务在我国的规模，并进一步给出了防止其风险的监管建议。     

中国影子银行界定

本文认为影子银行即从事与银行业务相类似的,具备完整的信用转换、期限转换和流动性转换功能的金融业务。但中国影子银行又有自身的特殊性,即与发达国家相比,中国影子银行产品结构相对简单,传统影子银行创新金融工具业务规模较小,主要为依赖于银行信用、从事银行业务的"银行的影子"。     

货币政策、非金融企业影子银行业务与信贷资源配置效率

本文构建了一个动态均衡模型分析货币政策对企业影子银行业务的理论影响机制，提出了对应的研究假说，并利用2007—2019年沪深两市非金融类上市公司数据进行实证分析。研究结果显示，紧缩性货币政策会对企业影子银行业务起到正向影响，影响机制是通过影子信贷利率和金融资本配置效率两个渠道作用于企业影子放贷行为。异质性分析结果显示，紧缩性货币政策对企业影子银行业务的正向影响，在分析师乐观偏差程度较高、对外担保事件较多的企业中更为显著。投资者情绪高涨、企业家信心提高及P2P问题平台数量的增加会放大紧缩性货币政策与企业影子银行业务之间的正向关系。拓展性分析结果表明，央行沟通中稳定市场预期、防范系统性金融风险等词频的提高会减弱紧缩性货币政策对企业影子银行业务的正向影响。紧缩性货币政策通过促进企业影子放贷行为而提高了信贷资源配置效率，在一定程度上缓解了金融中介初次信贷配置失衡的问题。本研究对于国内国际双循环背景下提高金融服务实体经济的能力、防范系统性金融风险以及促进企业高质量发展等具有重要的理论和政策指引意义。     

金融市场化程度会影响对影子银行的监管效果吗——来自中国银行业的数据

本文基于我国64家商业银行2009年-2017年同业业务买入返售金融资产的数据,研究分析了政策监管强度与影子银行业务规模的关系,以及金融市场化对影子银行政策监管作用效果的影响.本文研究发现,政策监管强度与影子银行业务规模呈负相关,且较高金融市场化程度会削弱二者的负相关关系.研究结论对影子银行的监管与金融市场化改革具有政策启示.     

中国式影子银行与欧美国家影子银行的区别及对我国金融秩序的影响

影子银行代替传统商业银行行使信用创造功能,为满足社会创造货币资金融资需求具有重要作用。中国式影子银行与欧美国家的影子银行在银行业务与监管等方面存在明显差异。中国式影子银行帮助了大量中小企业解决融资难题,但一定程度上削弱了货币政策效力,容易造成金融风险累积。我国应建立健全影子银行监管机制,促进中国式影子银行可持续健康发展。     

从期限错配看我国影子银行风险

影子银行业务存在借短贷长的特点,由此造成的期限错配是风险的主要来源。影子银行期限错配带来的流动性风险和信用风险正在积聚,一旦爆发,极易引发系统性金融风险,极具破坏力。     

影子银行与金融体系脆弱性的研究

全球金融危机以来,影子银行成为金融领域的热点问题。我国的影子银行业务仍以银行为核心,影子银行一定程度上就是银行的影子。影子银行加重了金融体系的脆弱性,当前在肯定其积极作用的同时,应重点加强风险分析和防范。本文以金融抑制和金融脆弱性理论为视角,对区域影子银行的现状、发展动因和风险进行分析,并提出政策建议。

This paper will explore the impact of mega-media mergers on ethical modeling in journalism. It will diagram the behavioral context underlying the development of ethical habits, discuss leadership theory as it applies to management, and address the question of whether the creation of mega-media conglomerates will result in responsible corporate citizens or monsters who turn on their creators.
