基于混合粒子群优化的编队防空目标分配

针对防空作战中的多批次目标分配问题进行了研究。首先,建立了目标分配的约束 优化模型;其次,提出了一种混合式粒子群优化算法用于问题的求解;然后,给出了问题求 解的详细步骤和粒子群算法的应用规则;最后,基于仿真算法验证了模型的正确性和算法的 有效性及计算实时性。     

利用改进简化PSO优化设计多层吸波材料

现有的粒子群优化算法（PSO）在传统多层平板吸波材料的优化过程中收敛速度慢，寻优精 度低。为了改善设计的收敛速度和寻优精度，利用改进简化粒子群优化方法（ISPSO）在传 输线法计算模型基础上对多层吸波材料进行了优化设计。优化设计结果表明，在08～6 GHz范围内，5层吸波材料的反射系数在-22.98 dB以下，得到的结果比现有文献好。     

基于卡尔曼滤波的三星时差运动目标定位技术

针对三星时差无源定位体制的特点,研究空中运动目标辐射源定位技术。在匀 速直线运动目标模型下,通过改变地球方程参数,利用牛顿迭代算法给出目标的瞬时初始定 位点,并在此基础上利用不敏卡尔曼滤波对运动目标进行跟踪定位。仿真验证表明 ,利用三星时差测量体制和相关滤波算法,可以有效实现空中运动目标的跟踪定位,精度优 于5 km;同时在精确初始值的引导下,滤波算法收敛速度更快,定位精度更高,航迹更 为连续。     

改进的粒子群优化算法在环境规划与管理中的应用

本文以固体废物处理场规划问题为例,探讨了一种改进的粒子群优化算法解决环境规划和管理中约束优化问题的可行性和可靠性。将约束条件分别放到基本粒子群优化算法的主函数和适应度计算函数中来处理,并在目标优化函数上添加惩罚项,将约束优化问题转变成无约束优化问题,从而使基本粒子群优化成功地解决约束优化问题。     

基于改进粒子群算法的卫星数传任务调度

建立了卫星数传任务调度模型,讨论了约束条件和调度目标.设计了一种自适应规模粒子群算法,该算法采用基于星地可视时间窗的十进制编码,各粒子编码表示不同可视时间窗内可分配数传作业的概率.在迭代过程中根据粒子群整体差异度动态调整种群规模,删除部分差异度小的粒子,同时增加新粒子以保证种群多样性.通过实例仿真表明,自适应规模粒子群算法在解决卫星数传任务调度问题中具有调度结果优、收敛速度快等优点,并对算法的控制参数取值进行了分析.     

武器目标分配决策的粒子群优化算法探讨——基于多层防御模式下

武器目标分配(WTA)是军事运筹学中经典的NP完全问题,迄今为止未找到求精确解的多项式时间算法。针对武器数量、布防空间、运行维护成本以及人力资源等多约束下的多层防御WTA问题,采用粒子群优化(PSO)算法求解。给出了PSO算法实现方案,通过一个算例评估该算法的性能。结果表明,该算法能给出高质量的近似最优解,对求解WTA问题是有效的,且该算法具有较高的鲁棒性和计算效率。     

基于区域卷积神经网络和光流法的目标跟踪

为解决基于深度学习的在线目标跟踪算法速度慢的问题,设计并实现了一种基于区域卷积网络和光流法相结合的目标跟踪算法。该算法在T-1帧跟踪结果的基础上使用光流法计算跟踪目标的运动矢量计算出跟踪目标在T帧上的初选框,再将初选框区域作为区域卷积网络的输入,计算目标的精确跟踪结果。通过实验分析对比,算法对目标运动速度和形变具有很好的鲁棒性,并且跟踪速度可以达到50 frame/s。相较于在线跟踪算法,所提方法在满足较高的跟踪准确率的基础上大大提升了目标跟踪算法的速度。     

车辆调度问题的全局—局部最优信息比粒子群算法研究

文章提出了一种新的改进标准粒子群算法即全局—局部最优信息比粒子群算法。该算法与标准粒子群算法和全局—局部最优最小值粒子群优化算法作了比较,仿真实验结果表明,该算法在收敛速度、解的质量和鲁棒性上都表现出了较优的性能,是求解车辆调度问题的一种较好方法。     

基于时频分布迭代的跳频信号参数估计

提出了一种基于时频分布迭代的跳频信号参数估计新算法，利用时频平面最大值， 通过计算跳频信号与最优原子时频分布的残差逐次迭代获取匹配于跳频信号分量的时频参数 ，进而实现跳频信号参数估计。理论分析和仿真结果表明，与基于匹配追踪和粒子群优化的 跳频信号参数估计相比，基于时频分布迭代的参数估计算法在保证算法精度的情况下，有效 地降低了算法的计算复杂度，为跳频信号盲接收的实时实现提供了一种新方法。     

一种改进重采样的粒子滤波算法

粒子滤波算法中重采样是解决粒子退化的一种重要方法,但重采样会导致粒子多样 性的损失。针对这一问题,对基本重采样算法进行了改进。改进算法首先按基本重采样思想 找到权值大的粒子进行复制,然后借鉴遗传算法进行交叉和变异操作,其中变异由变异尺 度因子和粒子集的均值来实现。利用改进重采样的粒子滤波算法对经典纯方位目标跟踪问题 进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,改进算法具有更好的跟踪精度。

Today we live in an era of unfettered mergers and acquisitions where once separate and independent media increasingly are concentrated under the control and leadership of the fictitious but legal personhood of a few conglomerated corporations. This paper will explore the impact of mega-media mergers on ethical modeling in journalism. It will diagram the behavioral context underlying the development of ethical habits, discuss leadership theory as it applies to management, and address the question of whether the creation of mega-media conglomerates will result in responsible corporate citizens or monsters who turn on their creators.
