基于PSO-BP算法的无线传感器网络定位优化

在研究现有定位算法的基础上，针对基于接收信号强度指示(RSSI)定位模型中的参数易受环境影响等问题，提出了一种新型的粒子群优化(PSO)算法与后向传播（BP）神经网络相结合的算法。BP网络算法权值的修正依赖于非线性梯度值，易形成局部极值，同时学习次数较多，需先通过粒子群算法进行优化。为了提高定位精度，首先采用速度常量法滤波处理，然后通过改进的混合优化算法对BP神经网络初始权值和阈值进行优化，并分析算法的性能。试验中隐层节点个数采用试错法，从12到19变化，以确定合适数目。实验结果表明，与一般加权算法和传统BP算法相比，改进的混合优化算法可大幅改善测距误差对定位误差的影响，同时可使25 m内最小定位误差小于0.27m     

一种改进的RSSI测距定位算法

针对接收信号强度指示(Received Signal Strength Indication,RSSI)定位模型易受环境影响导致测距误差较大的问题，提出了采用天牛须搜索(Beetle Antennae Search,BAS)优化后向传播（Back Propagation，BP）神经网络拟合测距模型，克服了对数衰减模型易受环境干扰、参数取经验值等问题。首先，利用卡尔曼滤波对RSSI值进行校正，将校正后的数据输入BAS-BP网络拟合出测距模型并通过测距模型输出距离值；然后，利用极大似然估计法求解未知节点的坐标。实验结果表明，与BP模型和粒子群优化的BP模型相比，改进方法收敛速度快，定位精度提高更加明显。     

基于优化RBF神经网络的无线室内定位

针对径向基函数（Radial Basis Function,RBF）神经网络算法在无线网络室内定位中拓扑结构和网络参数难以确定,其定位效果不理想的问题,提出了一种用核主成分分析的模糊C均值聚类算法（Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm based on Kernel Principal Component Analysis,KPCA-FCM）和模拟退火自适应遗传算法（Simulated Annealing adaptive Genetic Algorithm,SAGA）优化RBF神经网络的无线室内定位算法。首先利用KPCA对原始训练数据样本进行数据预处理,再通过KPCA-FCM算法计算出最优聚类数目和聚类中心点;其次将聚类数目和聚类中心点作为隐含层神经元个数和中心值,创建RBF神经网络,并将其网络参数映射到SAGA算法中;再次由SAGA算法进行网络参数寻优,把最优的解映射回RBF神经网络;最后利用样本数据对RBF神经网络进行训练和测试,完成建立RBF神经网络算法模型。实验表明,在相同的环境中,所提算法比传统RBF神经网络定位精度提高了48.41%。     

人工神经网络在股指期货价格预测中的研究--基于沪深300股指期货市场高频数据的分析

本文基于GRNN神经网络模型对中国沪深300股指期货高频数据进行仿真并预测,研究发现：GRNN神经网络模型的拟合值与实际值曲线非常接近,仿真效果较好;预测值与实际值整体保持一致,平均相对误差较小,模型短期预测能力较强。     

LLN中基于能量均衡的高效低时延路由算法

针对有损低功耗网络(Low-power and Lossy Network,LLN)中由于无线链路的有损特性以及节点部署不均匀无法有效实现网络能量均衡，提出一种基于能量均衡的高效低时延路由算法(Efficient Low Latency Routing Algorithm Based on Energy Balance in Low-Power and Lossy Networks，ELLEB-RPL)。该算法采用“ELLEB组网”策略，使得节点能够有效避免在DODAG(Destination Oriented Directed Acyclic Graph)间来回切换；通过采用“最优父节点选择”策略，使得节点选择的父节点达到最优；通过采用“流量自适应分配”策略，达到网络能量均衡的目的。仿真结果表明，ELLEB-RPL在Sink节点平均吞吐量、网络平均寿命以及端到端时延上均有提升。     

基于广义回归神经网络的经济预测模型研究

本文利用广义回归神经网络的自学习、自适应和非线性的特点,建立了经济系统的评价指标体系,将经济变量数据归一化处理,然后送入广义回归神经网络(GRNN)中训练,得出相应参数,再对相关经济变量进行预测,经过检验得出了令人满意的结果。     

基于GRNN和时间窗方差滤波的海杂波抑制

为实现对海杂波的抑制,根据海杂波混沌动态特性,利用广义回归神经网络(GRNN)进行海杂波预测再对消,最后引入时间窗方差滤波。分析对McMaster大学IPIX雷达含目标实测数据的处理结果,原始数据信杂比小于等于0 dB,只采用GRNN预测对消后信杂比提高但仍有短时海杂波尖峰的影响,经过方差滤波后短时尖峰基本消失,最终信杂比提高到约11.67 dB。故所提方法对海杂波有很好的抑制效果,能够检测出湮没在海杂波中的小目标。     

基于黄金分割的股票灰色预测GM（1，1）模型

传统的GM(1，1)模型采用均值作为灰微分方程的背景值，与实际有距离，可以寻找端点的最优组合作为灰微分方程的背景值，以提高预测精度。基于这样的想法，提出了一种用黄金分割方法改进的GM(1，1)模型，实例分析证明了其有效性。     

基于GRNN的中国出口集装箱运价指数预测

本文基于GRNN神经网络模型对中国出口集装箱运价指数进行仿真并预测。研究发现:GRNN模型对中国出口集装箱运价指数的拟合值与实际值较为接近,仿真效果较好;12周预测值与实际值有一定差距,但调整后预测值在短期内与实际值较为接近,模型短期预测能力较强。     

CSCD-GRNN模型在城市配送资源整合水平评价中的应用——以北京市为例北大核心CSSCI

通过建立城市配送资源整合水平的CSCD-GRNN评价模型,并基于复合系统协调度模型和广义回归神经网络方法,可对城市配送资源整合水平的评价开展研究。该模型采用决策试验与实验评估方法对指标权重进行讨论,按照复合系统协调度模型的思路确定城市配送资源整合水平评价GRNN网络的输出值,为全面客观地评估城市配送资源整合水平提供合理的方法。同时,以该模型对北京市2005—2014年期间的城市配送资源整合水平情况进行评价,验证了该模型的有效性。
