Persuading users to try new technologies continues to be a problem confronting organisations and technology vendors alike. To better understand the process of new technology trial and adoption, several theoretical models have been proposed, of which the Technology Acceptance Model has gained significant support. However, research concerning tangible extrinsic rewards has not been explored. The primary goal of this research is to study the impact of tangible extrinsic rewards on various aspects of an intention to engage in an initial trial of a new technology. The theoretical model was tested on 284 students as subjects in a trial of a new technology. Results suggest that such incentives may be effective in increasing the behavioural intention to try a new technology. Results also identify that when incentives are provided, perceived ease of use and usefulness are the primary drivers towards intentions to try a new technology.  相似文献

Radio Frequency Identification Technology's (RFID) application in the global supply chain has seen increased attention, and international distribution centers (IDC) are now playing a more crucial role in the global supply chain operation. This paper adopts structure equation modeling (SEM) to investigate the impact of three factors mainly based on the technology acceptance model (TAM): perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and the social norm on the use intention of an IDC. Empirical results indicate that a revised TAM could explain the RFID acceptance behavior. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and the social norm are demonstrated to have an effect on RFID acceptance intention. The choice of RFID adoption is also impacted by the supply chain's stakeholders. Factors that affect the adoption intention of an IDC thus include customers and partners' request, government policy, and competitors that have already adopted RFID. Furthermore, the study adopts the binary Logit model based on the stated preference method's data to predict the possible adoption rate of the RFID system in the adoption intention of an IDC. This empirical study shows that significant statistical determinants influencing RFID acceptance are: system purchasing fixed cost, variable cost, and perceived usefulness. Our model also predicts that the penetration of RFID application in Taiwan's international distribution centers could hit the 25% adoption rate. The study provides several managerial implications and suggests future research directions.  相似文献

Mobile payment becomes a convenient way to complete transactions due to the increasing popularity of mobile devices and the maturity of related technologies. Users’ experience of using computers and the Internet in financial activities largely affects their intention to use mobile payment. Combining the Technology Acceptance Model and Innovation Diffusion Theory, we examined the mediating effect of five factors, that is, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility, risk, and privacy concern, in the relationship between Internet experience and the adoption of mobile payment. Data from 922 mobile users supported the partial mediating effects of the five factors.  相似文献

The main goal of this study is to identify potential factors that close the urban-rural digital gap, as well as to determine how one's ‘degree of personal IT use’ enhanced through digital gap bridging efforts affects rural-urban migration intention. To accomplish the goal, an integrated structural model was established. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to residents in rural areas in Korea. Of 302 responses collected, 272 were usable. PLS (Partial Least Squares) were used for analysis. Main effects and moderating effects were both investigated. Perceived usefulness for job and perceived playfulness turned out to be the strongest variables influencing personal IT use in the rural area. However, influence of interpersonal norm and social norm were not significant. Elder people having positive perception of IT use are less likely to leave for urban areas. More educated people tend to more optimistically evaluate the value of IT use; however, they are more likely to leave for urban areas. Lower income families tend to have less negative perception of IT use as their degree of IT use increases. The findings stress the importance of rural adult education and extension, as well as IT infrastructure construction. The contribution of this study is to provide the ground work for a government or policy maker with the purpose of closing the digital gap and minimizing rural-urban immigration in selecting which group to target.  相似文献

从计划行为理论视角,探讨组织创新氛围与员工创新意愿间的作用机制,并采用来自国内知识密集型服务业426名员工的调查问卷进行实证分析。研究表明:①组织创新氛围对员工创新意愿具有显著正向影响;②态度、主观规范和感知行为控制在组织创新氛围与员工创新意愿关系中起中介作用;③进一步通过有调节的中介模型分析发现,工作—能力匹配度高的员工更倾向于在组织创新氛围的感召下形成积极态度、主观规范和感知行为控制,进而激发其创新意愿。该研究结论不仅丰富和拓展了计划行为理论在服务创新领域的应用,还为管理者有效激发员工创新意愿提供了重要决策依据。  相似文献

This study investigates determinants of sustainable food consumer behaviour in Belgium. To gain a better insight in sustainable consumption, a study was conducted in which attitudes and behaviour as well as the role of individual characteristics like confidence and values related to sustainable products are analyzed. The focus of the analysis is on exploring the influence of determinants as hypothesised by the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) - attitudes, perceived behavioural control, social norms - on sustainable consumption intention in general, and specifically depending on consumer's perceived confidence and personal values. The empirical research builds on a survey with a sample of 456 young adults using a questionnaire and showing an advertisement for hypothetical sustainable dairy products. Stepwise multiple regression models showed that 50% of the variance in intention to consume sustainable dairy was explained by the combination of personal attitudes, perceived social influences, perceived consumer effectiveness and perceived availability. In addition, different levels of confidence and value orientation yield different strengths of the determinants. The findings yield public policy and marketing recommendations for stimulating sustainable food consumption among young adults.  相似文献

针对互联网创业服务特点,基于计划行为理论信息系统成功模型构建新的理论模型,使用结构方程模型进行数据分析,以解释互联网创业服务平台用户持续使用意愿。通过模型分析发现,兼容性和线上线下互动通过知觉行为控制正向显著影响用户满意度和用户使用意愿,信息品质直接影响用户对互联网创业服务平台的使用意愿,而用户满意度在平台信息品质、系统品质、服务品质与使用意愿之间具有中介效应。基于此,提出完善互联网创业服务平台和提升用户使用意愿的对策建议。  相似文献

文章从消费心理学的角度,通过问卷调查的方式,对影响绿色食品购买行为的因素进行了分析;基于计划行为理论,构建了揭示购买行为态度与行为关系的理论假设模型。研究结果显示,消费者对购买绿色食品的态度、主观规范、知觉困难等心理因素对购买绿色食品的意向有重要影响,消费者购买绿色食品的意向对其购买行为具有预测作用。  相似文献

根据认知行为理论,从我国服务商选择的实际情况出发,构建了服务商选择影响机制概念模型,并利用问卷调查数据对概念模型和研究假设进行实证检验。结果显示,客户在选择服务商时通过对服务商提供服务感知来形成自己的选择意图,这种感知包括承诺感知和移情感知,客户感知承诺越强,其对服务商的选择意图越强;客户感知移情越强,其对服务商的选择意图越强;服务商的服务能力和关系资本明显地影响着客户对服务的感知。  相似文献

顾客对零售商感知差异化的构成维度包括感知商品差异、感知服务差异、感知环境差异及感知促销差异。感知差异化对惠顾意愿的影响机理可概括为感知差异化—购物价值—场所依赖—惠顾意愿四阶段。实证结果显示感知商品差异、感知环境差异及感知促销差异与享乐性价值有正相关关系,感知环境差异和感知促销差异对功用性价值有正相关关系,感知服务差异没对享乐性和功用性价值产生显著影响。此外场所依赖对购物价值和惠顾意愿起着中介作用。  相似文献

This research aims to investigate the influence of planned behaviour and personal variables on entrepreneurial intention in order to explain and improve low entrepreneurial intention among tourism students in China. A total of 109 tourism students were surveyed to find the key factors affecting their entrepreneurial intention by factor analysis. The six hypotheses were then tested in a sample of 267 Chinese tourism students. According to structural equation modelling (SEM), it was found that there are statistically significant relationships between personal attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control and entrepreneurial intention. Multi-group analysis further showed that there are differences between personal attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control according to different personal variables. The results highlight the importance of taking a subdividing approach when researching the factors that influence entrepreneurial intention. Thus, we believe a number of implications about the most effective role of creating entrepreneurial atmosphere from universities, enhancing tourism students’ self-efficacy, and setting student-centred policies in promoting and developing entrepreneurial intention.  相似文献

The main goal of our research is to analyse users’ acceptance of Quick response (QR) code mobile payment systems, considering the population's widespread use of mobile devices. A comprehensive review of the scientific literature has justified the development of a behavioural model that explains intention to use of mobile payment via QR. To this end, the authors have carried out a study through an online survey to a national panel of Internet users. The results show that attitude, innovation and subjective norms are determinants of the future intention to use this technology. The conclusions and implications for management provide alternatives for companies to promote this new business by means of the new technical developments. This paper is a pioneer study of intention to use with mobile payment via QR. Classic variables from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), as well as variables from other recent studies, were used as models for this research (compatibility, security, personal innovation and individual mobility).  相似文献

极端天气事件造成的经济损失包括直接经济损失和间接经济损失.间接经济损失是衡量现代经济系统脆弱性的重要指标,也是灾后恢复重建的重要参考依据,加强间接经济损失评估具有十分重要的意义.以2008年中国南方低温雨雪冰冻灾害为例,应用非正常投入产出模型对灾害过程中电力和交通基础设施破坏造成的间接经济损失进行了评估.结果显示,电力、交通等基础设施破坏对经济系统其他产业生产造成严重影响,影响依据相互关联程度不同而存在差别,造成总的间接经济损失超过100多亿元.因此,极端天气事件风险分析和应急管理应该把间接经济损失评估纳入其中.非正常投入产出模型为经济系统脆弱性分析以及间接经济损失的估算提供了有力的工具.  相似文献

开源社区是分布式创新的典范,开源社区参与者知识创新动机与行为备受关注。以我国330名开源社区参与者为对象,运用结构方程模型研究了参与者动机对行为的影响机制。研究结果表明:学习动机、交流动机、兴趣动机和职业发展动机依次通过有用性感知和参与意向间接激发参与行为;动机对行为影响大小的排序为职业发展动机、兴趣动机、学习动机和交流动机。职业发展动机除间接影响参与行为外,还会直接增进学习动机和交流动机。比较研究模型和竞争模型的拟合结果可知,研究提出的"动机-行为过程"分析框架明显优于传统的"动机-行为"框架。  相似文献

2015年以来,我国创业活跃度整体呈显著下滑趋势,影响国家经济高质量发展。基于SSO框架,构建感知创业阻碍对创业行为倾向的作用机制模型,揭示我国创业活跃度不高的原因,探讨创业教育对该机制的调节作用,从降低感知创业阻碍对创业行为倾向不良影响视角明确创业教育实施效果。采用259份创客问卷调研数据对研究模型进行实证检验,结果发现:在感知创业阻碍的3个维度中,感知失去金融资源对失败恐惧的正向影响最强,感知失去社会支持次之,感知失去市场需求对失败恐惧的正向影响不显著;失败恐惧对个体创业行为倾向具有直接阻碍作用;创业教育明显削弱了感知失去金融资源、感知失去社会支持对失败恐惧的正向影响,并降低了失败恐惧对创业行为倾向的阻碍作用。  相似文献

随着电子商务的发展,因特网上涌现出很多出售水货商品的店铺,虚拟水货市场规模在不断扩大,究竟哪些因素促使消费者愿意选择在虚拟灰色市场选购商品值得深入探讨。通过分析虚拟灰色市场中消费者购物意愿的影响因素,提出了一个结构方程模型,并对模型进行了实证检验,研究发现,在虚拟灰色市场中,感知有用性和商品价值正向影响消费者购买意愿,风险则负向影响购买意愿,消费者的价值质量推论会正向影响消费者感知商品价值。  相似文献

本文拟通过建立制度有效性的研究框架,对我国政府间转移支付体系从目标系统、制度装置、制度环境、制度目标实现程度等几个方面进行分析和检验,指出影响我国政府间转移支付制度得到有效发挥的主要因素:制度装置与目标体系不相适应、相关制度安排不具备、制度变迁主体的不合作博弈等,进而提出有助于提高这一制度有效性的制度安排。  相似文献
