城乡统筹中产业互动效应的系统分析

"三农"问题已经成为制约我国国民经济的瓶颈。解决"三农"问题最好的出路是统筹城乡发展。在统筹城乡发展过程中以城带乡、以工促农的城乡产业互动机制,是城乡经济共同发展的根本所在,是实现社会经济和谐发展的根本出路。统筹城乡产业发展,必然促进三次产业在城乡之间合理布局,形成产业互动效应,进而提高农业产业化和现代化水平。     

浅析《城乡规划法》对土地利用规划的影响

研究目的：探讨《城乡规划法》对土地利用规划的影响，为新一轮土地利用总体规划的修编提供参考。研究思路：通过对新颁布的《城乡规划法》的解读，在与《城市规划法》对比的基础上，从城乡统筹规划、两规的衔接以及公众参与等角度，简要分析新法对现阶段土地利用规划的影响。研究结论：提出土地利用规划的编制应进一步强化城乡统筹观念，尽早构建和明晰全国规划体系、以法律形式明确界定两者的任务及衔接内容、政府部门权责的确定与落实等建议。     

基于网络经济的技术创新与市场结构关系分析

传统产业组织理论认为，一个相对合理的市场结构能够促进企业的技术创新。今天，网络经济正在取代工业经济而日益成为主导经济形态，知识、网络成为关键性生产要素，学习效应、网络效应对企业行为的影响日益凸显，传统产业组织理论及其市场结构理论面临挑战，亟待创新和发展。为此，本文首先分析网络经济下市场结构和技术创新的新特点，继而分析技术创新与市场结构之间的关系；在此基础上，探析技术创新与市场结构之间联合内生的双向互动机制，为寻求具有现实解释力的新产业组织理论做出努力。     

人的发展与市场经济的双向互动

人的发展是经济、社会发展的终极目标,本文分析了市场经济对人的发展可能产生的推动作用和阻滞作用,同时分析了人的发展对市场经济的能动作用,提出了发展市场经济、精神文明建设、缩小贫富差距、发展教育事业的对策,以此来实现人的发展与市场经济的双向互动。     

Spatial interaction modeling of interregional commodity flows

Drawing from both the spatial price equilibrium theoretical framework and the empirical literature on spatial interaction modeling, this paper expands models of interregional commodity flows (CFs) by incorporating new variables and using a flexible Box-Cox functional form. The 1993 US commodity flows survey provides the empirical basis for estimating state-to-state flow models for 16 commodity groups over the 48 continental US states. The optimized Box-Cox specification proves to be superior to the multiplicative one in all cases, while selected variables provide new insights into the determinants of state-to-state CFs.     

Innocents Abroad: Attitude Change toward Hosts

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of social distance, prior expectations, and trip experience on post-trip attitudes in multiple destinations. This study is based on surveys conducted with two groups of students: 1) a group participating in a summer study abroad program to the South Pacific or to Europe, and 2) a control group. The results show that attitude changes were positive towards Europeans, negative towards Australians, and mixed towards Fijians. This study supports the expectation value theory, but contradicts the cultural distance theory of attitude change. Further, the results show that experience with non-tourism related services played an important role toward attitude change.

长三角、珠三角与海西经济区地域相近、资源禀赋和产业同构等现象是制约其产业优化升级的主要瓶颈。区域分工与合作会带来区域利益的增进,经济区发展必须打破行政区划的限制,实现区域间互动与合作。而政府间的非合作博弈等原因导致了彼此间的合作障碍。构建区域间政府合作的互动机制和产业合作机制,对实现三经济区可持续发展具有重大的现实意义。     

Bridging the education–profession gap: The Accounting Student–Practitioner Day (ASPD) program

This paper provides a detailed discussion of an annual (and cost-effective) professional-development event we call the Accounting Student–Practitioner Day (ASPD). This program brings together, for a single day, students, accounting faculty, and accounting professionals in a conference-like setting. The conference format provides a unique, and formal, link between the classroom environment and the professional world students will be entering. The program is attended by accounting and non-accounting students from our university, senior students from area high schools, and undergraduate students from other universities in the area. Specific objectives of the program are to help students learn what it takes to become an accounting professional, to provide students with information that facilitates their career-choice decision, and to encourage networking and community-building activities. Assessment data indicate that the ASPD program is successful in terms of its stated objectives. The relatively low cost of operating the program makes it attractive for other accounting programs. The paper includes a set of recommendations for those faculty interested in implementing an ASPD program at their own institution.
