我国银行的业务外包：问题与建议

本文在对国际国内银行业务外包进行比较分析的基础上，针对我国银行外包业务刚刚起步，业务范围狭隘、外包服务商不成熟、法律监管制度不健全等问题，提出如下政策建议：不同规模的银行应结合现有资源来选择其他包路线，根据外包战略逐步扩大外包业务范围，健全外包商的信用评级机制，完善法律环境并加强外部监管。     

Nonparametric Analysis of Longitudinal Binary Data: An Application to the Intergroup Prisoner's Dilemma Game

The intergroup prisoner's dilemma game was suggested by Bornstein (1992, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. 7, 597–606) for modelling intergroup conflicts over continuous public goods. We analyse data of an experiment in which the game was played for 150 rounds, under three matching conditions. The objective is to study differences in the investment patterns of players in the different groups. A repeated measures analysis was conducted by Goren and Bornstein (1999, Games and Human Behaviour: Essays in Honor of Amnon Rapoport, pp. 299–314), involving data aggregation and strong distributional assumptions. Here we introduce a nonparametric approach based on permutation tests. Two new measures, the cumulative investment and the normalised cumulative investment, provide additional insight into the differences between groups. The proposed tests are based on the area under the investment curves. They identify an overall difference between the groups as well as pairwise differences. A simultaneous confidence band for the mean difference curve is used to detect the games which account for any pairwise difference.     

Pluralism and well-being indices

This paper advocates a variation on James Griffin's prudential value theory of well-being. Prudential value theory is consistent with various forms of pluralism. It also helps us understand how we do intra- and interpersonal comparisons of well-being. If we start from this view of well-being, I suggest we do not have a problem analogous to Arrow's impossibility result for a social welfare function: the analogous conditions are not appropiate constraints on a well-being function. The account of well-being is brought to bear on attempts made by some, particularly Dasgupta and Weale, to make international comparisons of well-being. It is argued that difficulties with such attempts occur chiefly because of disanalogies between interpersonal and international comparisons of well-being.     

吉非替尼与厄洛替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌效果的间接比较

目的系统评价吉非替尼与厄洛替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果.方法检索国内外公开发表的关于吉非替尼或厄洛替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌的中英文文献,采用Bucher法对纳入的研究进行间接比较.结果共纳入4项吉非替尼vs标准治疗和3项厄洛替尼vs标准治疗的文献进行间接比较.吉非替尼与厄洛替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌的反应率和疾病控制率的 RR 值分别为0.56（P=0.0536）、0.87（P=0.6745）,中位生存期和中位无发展生存期的 MD 值分别为-0.31（P=0.7718）、-3.93（P=0.1443）.结论尽管间接比较存在一定的局限性,但结果表明吉非替尼与厄洛替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果无显著性差异.     

中国老年人口经济性保障来源的东西部比较——基于全国第六次人口普查资料的分析

摘要：文章通过对第六次人口普查数据中老年人口生活来源的东西部比较分析发现,东西部老龄化速度不一,西部地区有4个省份还未或即将进入人口老龄化阶段,东部地区仅有广东1个省的老年人口比例在10％以下;且两地区经济性保障来源差异与城乡差异明显,只有劳动收入1项西部高于东部,其他东部均高于西部。由于中国老年人口基数大,经济社会发展不平衡,需要政府及相关部门分阶段、有步骤地,在中国未富先老、老年人口高峰期来临前采取相应对策积极养老,切实解决养老问题,实现人口均衡发展,促进社会和谐。     

Contents of Codes of Ethics of Professional Business Organizations in the United States

This paper reports an analysis of the content of the codes of ethics of 15 professional business organizations in the United States, representing the broad range of disciplines found in business. The analysis was conducted to identify common ethical issues faced by business professionals. It was also structured to highlight ethical issues that are either unique to or of particular importance for business professionals. No attempt is made to make value judgments about either the codes of ethics studied or of their content. General ethical values identified include honesty and integrity, general legal compliance, discreditable or harmful acts, and obligations related to social values. More business-specific issues include confidentiality, responsibilities to employers/clients, obligations to the profession, independence and objectivity, and business-specific legal and technical compliance issues.

Forecasting United States–Asia international message telephone service

This study compares forecasts of US international message telephone service (IMTS) traffic using several relative mean squared error statistics. The forecasts are obtained from time-series extrapolation, univariate autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA), error correction and vector autoregressive models. The models are estimated on annual US IMTS outgoing traffic data for six US–Asia bilateral markets for the period 1964 to 1993. No single approach provides best forecasts. However, forecast evaluation statistics indicate that econometric models generally outperform the alternatives.
