我国环境信息公开制度实施有效性的研究

我国的经济发展取得巨大成就的同时,带来了日益严峻的环境污染问题。而企业作为环境污染的主体,其环境行为备受瞩目。自2008年5月1日起正式实施的《环境信息公开办法(试行)》为更有效地管理企业生产行为、减少污染提供了新的手段。

This instructional case examines quantitative and qualitative information in the decision to acquire a franchise store of a Gourmet Deli chain. In particular, it illustrates to students how commonly requested quantitative information in practice, such as an income statement, needs to be tailored to the decision-making context. The case integrates and tests students' introductory understanding of income statements for managerial purposes, cost behaviour, break-even calculations, cost-benefit analysis, regression applications in management accounting, and corporate overhead cost allocations.     

低碳经济中全球价值链的经济学分析

全球价值链分工在为全球经济的持续增长注入新动力的同时,也带来二氧化碳等温室气体排放量剧增等环境污染问题。本文利用经济学中的成本收益分析方法,分析了低碳经济中各国参与全球价值链分工的比较优势。结果显示,在低碳经济的发展模式下,低碳技术进步、低碳需求的培育以及碳排放权、碳金融市场的完善是各国充分发挥竞争优势、实现全球价值链分工体系中价值链升级的基本条件。     

成本收益与逆向物流系统构建

本文对逆向物流成本、收益进行分类并对其特点进行了分析;讨论了企业逆向物流的成本、收益与其在我国的发展现状间的关系;并提出了目前情况下,构建逆向物流系统过程中政府及企业的策略、方法的建议。     

Project Appraisal for the Keynesian Investment Planner

This paper outlines a theory of project appraisal wherein the neoclassical premises of conventional cost-benefit analysis are replaced by their Keynesian counterparts. The paper shows how the social rate of return on public and private investment, the private and social discount rates, and other concepts used in cost-benefit analysis may be modified to take account of the income externalities generated by the multiplier, mark-up pricing, and the causal priority of investment over saving. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

小麦-玉米一年两熟丰产高效技术体系经济效益评价——以国家“粮食丰产科技工程”冀中南部粮食主产区为例

以国家“粮食丰产科技工程”河北项目示范核心区所在村为基础，跟踪调查小麦-玉米一年两熟丰产高效技术体系的应用现状。通过对示范户和非示范户经济效益差异的比较得出，以“节水、丰产、节本、增效、均衡增产”为特色的小麦-玉米一年两熟丰产高效技术体系的推广应用，对于增加农户收入作用显着。在此基础上提出“十一五”期间完善新技术体系及其推广长效机制的对策建议。

基于多风险体企业风险管理组合的优化决策

针对企业多类风险暴露体管理策略选择,提出基于投资理论的CR模型,并采用遗传算法分析风险管理成本和收益。通过一个典型算例说明企业风险组合管理策略选择的标准和过程,结果表明该方法具有简单有效、快速准确等特点。     

Economic consequences of the Home Appliance Eco-Point Program in Japan: a dynamic discrete choice approach

This study combined a dynamic discrete choice model for air conditioner replacement decisions with an inter-industry model in order to evaluate the economic impact of Japan’s Home Appliance Eco-Point Program, an appliance replacement program that was in effect from May 2009 to March 2011. Focusing on air conditioners produced from 1995 to 1999 and replaced during the period from 2005 to 2013, we found that the eco-point program increased replacement probabilities by 1.5% to 1.9% in 2009. Moreover, the program produced an additional output of 31,337 million yen and a total value added of 21,259 million yen. However, the benefit–cost ratio – determined by dividing the increase in value added by the monetary value of the points awarded for appliance replacement – was only 0.68. From a cost-benefit perspective, the program can be judged not to have been an effective policy measure.     

银行监管的成本收益分析：一个新的分析框架

银行监管是有成本的．它一方面可以降低银行体系的风险，使整个社会从中获益：另一方面也有可能会造成监管成本超过由监管带来的收益．从而降低整个社会的福利。本文对银行监管的成本和收益及其构成进行了界定，分析了，影响银行监管成本收益的各种因素，建立了基于成本收益分析的最优监管模型：同时从现阶段我国银行业监管中监管对象和监管环境的特殊性出发，提出了重新塑造高效银行监管体系的建议。
