The Impact of Non-Normality and Estimation Methods in SEM on Satisfaction Research in Marketing

This paper discusses consequences of violating the normal distribution assumption imbedded in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on real data from a large sample customer satisfaction survey we follow the procedures as suggested in leading textbooks. We document consequences of this practice and discuss its impact on decision making in marketing.     

SEM图像分形维数的影响因素研究

以玻璃光纤、碳纤维纸和两种机加工表面样本的扫描电子显微镜图像为对象,运用盒维法研究了不同的放大倍数和采集过程中受到的噪声干扰对分形维数的影响.研究结果表明,随着放大倍数增大或随着椒盐噪声密度和高斯随机噪声方差的减小,分形维数下降.放大倍数和噪声对分形维数都有较大影响.在扫描电子显微镜图像分形维数的计算中,可以依据试样的结构特征选择合适的放大倍数,进行去噪处理后再计算图像的分形维数.     

Validity of sustainability framework for China’s mining cities – a structural equation modelling approach

Many studies developed their framework for sustainability through indicator systems, but the interactions and relationships within these indicators have not been studied yet. In this article, based on indicator systems, we use a sample of 78 mining cities in China and employ structural equation modelling (SEM) method to explore the validity of sustainability framework. Our empirical results show that resources abundance positively affects urbanization level significantly but negatively affects cleaner production level and environmental protection level significantly; economic strength positively affects urbanization level significantly; cleaner production level has a significant effect on economic strength and non-mineral resources conversion efficiency. We also find that when economic strength is low, resources abundance might weaken the positive effect of economy on urbanization.     

基于SEM的智慧旅游满意度研究——以山西皇城相府为例

"美丽中国之旅—2014智慧旅游年"已成为2014年旅游宣传主题。智慧旅游作为一个全新的命题,是现代技术与现代旅游业相融合的产物,为满足游客的个性化需求提供保障。因此,有必要对智慧旅游满意度进行深入研究,提升旅游服务质量,从而提高游客对景区的满意度。文章运用结构方程模型,以山西皇城相府为例,构建游客智慧旅游满意度指数模型,对游客智慧旅游满意度进行研究。结果表明,"智慧旅游的基础建设"对游客智慧旅游满意度影响最为显著,游客智慧旅游满意度指数模型中潜变量间的关系与模型之前假定的情况基本吻合。在研究分析基础上,对皇城相府游客智慧旅游满意度进行研究,并给出合理建议。     

基于SEM的SKL室主任与实验室自主创新能力关系的实证研究

SKL自主创新能力是构建我国自主创新体系的基础要素。对SKL自主创新能力形成的影响要素有很多,本文选取人才要素中的实验室主任为分析对象,运用结构方程模型分析实验室主任与SKL自主创新能力的关系。研究表明,实验室主任的优秀程度对SKL自主创新能力的形成具有显著影响,室主任学术荣誉对SKL自主创新能力的影响最大。影响程度从大到小依次为：室主任学术荣誉〉国际影响力〉年龄〉所在单位属性〉性别。     

基于SEM的企业国际化经营与绩效关系研究

本文分析了我国上市公司国际化经营程度与企业绩效间的关系,探讨了国际化经营程度对企业绩效的影响程度。通过对深沪A股410个样本企业的分析,本文尝试构建结构方程模型（SEM）以验证中国企业国际化经营与企业绩效之间的路径关系,估计国际化经营对绩效的影响程度。结构方程模型估计结果表明,中国上市公司的规模经济效率对其短期绩效有正向影响,企业的全球协同效率对其长期绩效有正向影响。     

结构方程模型在我国服装领域的应用综述

对国内CNKI期刊网上发表的服装领域结构方程模型的应用研究文献进行了梳理。在阐释结构方程模型基本原理的基础上,着重从服装消费者感知行为,服装企业角度对结构方程模型在服装领域上的应用主题、研究方法等进行了综述,并对前景进行展望,目前国内将结构方程模型应用在服装领域内的研究较少,但应用空间巨大。     

森林运动旅游的健康效应及其影响因素研究

以衢州市灵鹫山森林运动小镇为例,采用随机抽样的方法对游客进行问卷调查获取相关数据信息,然后运用结构方程分析游客行为感知和森林旅游资源对游客健康效应的影响。结果表明:森林运动体验对身体健康、心理健康和社会健康具有正向促进效应,其中促进身体健康的效应最大、促进心理健康的效应最小;运动项目体验、自然景观资源、生态环境资源和配套设施资源均对健康效应产生正向影响,且运动项目体验的健康促进效应更为综合和显著;对于提升森林运动旅游的健康效应,自然景观资源发挥的作用最理想,其次是运动项目体验和配套设施资源;生态环境资源的正向影响作用与游客的感知评价差异最大。因此,为有效提升森林运动旅游对游客的健康促进效应,森林运动型景区要在持续提升森林运动的项目种类、运动强度和难度适宜性的基础上提高景观资源、森林生态环境、管理人员专业素质和配套设施的质量和水平。     

The influence of perceived risk on Internet shopping behavior: a multidimensional perspective

The present study analyzes the influence that perceived risk in online shopping has on the process of e‐commerce adoption by end consumers. With this aim, the Technology Acceptance Model is taken as a reference framework, proposing an Extended E‐Commerce Acceptance Model that includes the diverse constructs of perceived risk: financial, performance, social, time, psychological and privacy. Empirical evidence is obtained from two samples, one is composed by Internet users with no experience in web shopping and the other is formed by online buyers. The results obtained confirm that the intention to shop through the Internet is positively influenced by general attitude toward the system and negatively influenced by the risk associated with the Web. Regarding the importance of the risk dimensions considered in the study, the economic and performance facets are the ones that have a greater influence on e‐commerce adoption, while social and time dimensions are the less relevant.     

Understanding the Determinants of User Acceptance of Enterprise Instant Messaging: An Empirical Study

As modern organizations increasingly depend on information systems (IS) to enhance work productivity and seek new business opportunities, communication effectiveness has become one of the key factors that underlie the effective performance of IS implementations and applications. Instant Messaging (IM) presents a revolution in enterprise communication. As more organizations are findings ways to utilize this near-synchronous computing communication technology to enhance communication effectiveness in the workplace, there is a compelling need to understand the factors that are important for the adoption of enterprise IM. We have developed an integrative model based on constructs of the existing IT adoption models as well as theories on motivation, innovation diffusion, and critical mass. Using responses from 140 intended subjects, we have found the results of survey data support the contentions that perceived usefulness, compatibility, enjoyment, and security are significant predictors of intention to use enterprise IM. Although perceived connectivity did not predict the intention directly, it did indirectly through perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Implications and future research are discussed.
