<淮南子>对御艺的描写借鉴了道家、儒家、法家著作中的御艺事象,在秉持道家"自由天性"思想的基础上,使御艺事象从一般性的喻体成功蜕变成一个成熟的、完整的艺术意象,也从而确定了御艺事象的文学艺术价值.     

从逃避自由到真正的自由——弗洛姆的性格结构理论初探

弗洛姆从资本主义的发展历史看到,追求个性自由和解放促进了资本主义的发展,而发展了的资本主义又使人产生了孤独和焦虑感,人们为了摆脱这种焦虑感最终选择了逃避自由。人要真正获得自由就必须建立完善的性格。社会主义道德建设应引导人们积极培养生产性性格,从而促进人与社会协调、和谐发展。     

Indonesian politics in 2012: coalitions,accountability and the future of democracy

Indonesia is a successful but flawed democracy: while the electoral process has worked well, the quality of democratic governance is less encouraging. Missing from the equation between elections and democracy is political accountability. Parties’ obsession with coalition building as a route to political power has made it difficult for voters to attribute success or failure to elected officials. Coalition government allows politicians to send contradictory messages, and in 2012 religious minorities – which are neither banned nor protected – have paid a heavy price for the lack of accountability and leadership. In Jakarta an outsider, Joko Widodo, won the gubernatorial election despite facing an incumbent backed by a broad coalition. His victory illustrates that coalition building does not guarantee success, and that the electorate is mature enough not to be swayed by appeals to religious and ethnic sentiment. This gives heart to those hoping to strengthen democracy and democratic values in Indonesia.     

论教育自由与人才培养的关系

本文横向解剖了以美国哈佛大学为例的自由教育，纵向分析了教育史上的几个重要时期，同时探讨了人的自由本性；通过对教育自由与人才培养之间关系问题的多角度分析，首次提出了教育的自组织理论。该理论认为：只有独立的、自由的、开放的教育才能够充分发挥其自组织功能，才能够培养出原创性人才；中国的教育要想能够培养出创造性人才，必须改变对人的生命和人的教育以及政治理性与教育理性关系的基本理念。

知政权是公民的一项重要权利。新闻自由与知政权具有同源性和共同的终极追求。在我国存在一些公权力过度干预新闻自由现象,事关"知政权"的新闻自由立法缺失。应通过保障新闻采访权的适度实现,构建成熟的新闻发言人制度,利用新闻自由保障公民知政权的实现。     

Sartrean Existentialism and Ethical Decision-Making in Business

A wide range of decision-making models have been offered to assist in making ethical decisions in the workplace. Those that are based on normative moral frameworks typically include elements of traditional moral philosophy such as consequentialist and/or deontological␣ethics. This paper suggests an alternative model drawing on Jean-Paul Sartre’s existentialism. Accordingly, the model focuses on making decisions in full awareness of one’s freedom and responsibility. The steps of the model are intended to encourage reflection of one’s projects and one’s situation and the possibility of refusing the expectations of others. A case study involving affirmative action in South Africa is used to demonstrate the workings of the model and a number of strengths and weaknesses are identified. Despite several weaknesses that can be raised regarding existential ethics, the model’s success lies in the way that it reframes ethical dilemmas in terms of individual freedom and responsibility, and in its acceptance and analysis of subjective experiences and personal situations. 机械臂逆运动控制模型与方法

据机械臂关节轴线方向建立了连杆坐标系,采用Denavit-Hartenberg(D-H)法求出各关节之间的坐标系变换矩阵,利用机械臂关节间的联体关系建立了机械臂正运动学模型,通过反向求解正运动模型得到机械臂逆运动学模型。为了解决逆运动控制问题,利用种群平均信息,提出了改进的多种群差分演化算法。最后数值试验表明新算法可以有效求解机械臂逆运动学模型。

Towards Authenticity: A Sartrean Perspective on Business Ethics

Taking a Sartrean existentialist viewpoint towards business ethics, in particular, concerning the question of the nature of businesspersons’ moral character, provides for a dramatically distinct set of reflections from those afforded by the received view on character, namely that of Aristotelian-based virtue ethics. Insofar as Sartre’s philosophy places human freedom at center stage, I argue that the authenticity with which a businessperson approaches moral situations depends on the degree of consciousness he or she has of the various choices at stake. Finally, I consider some practical changes in business ethics education, managerial decision-making, and business organizations that Sartrean reflections might prompt.     

Freedom of Association, Freedom of Contract, and the Right-to-Work Debate

The debate over union security arrangements is often presented as involving irreconcilable goals and values. Supporters of union security typically stress their importance to the union’s organizational strength and workers’ welfare. Right-to-work supporters, who favor banning such arrangements, typically emphasize employee freedom and choice. Our approach involves a unique comparison of both perspectives, which shows that neither perspective is completely compatible with safeguarding freedom. We therefore advocate reconciliation based on compulsory worker representation, which preserves the best freedom-enhancing properties of each perspective.
